A COLLECTION OF CARS I’VE OWNED/DRIVEN
1999 Dodge Ram
(1999-Present)
License Plate # 3183 (LEM)
My dad purchased this car in Eastern Washington when he was a Police Officer for the Tri-Cities. When my parents purchased our 5th-Wheel, this is the car that he used to tow it around everywhere.
I have my most beloved of memories in this car. I grew up in the passenger seat of this truck, with my dad playing Eric Johnson’s “Tones” album and his K-9 Police Dog “Rocky” in the kennel in the bed of the truck.
This truck has been incredibely dependable and sturdy. It’s been
2000 Chrysler Town & Country XS
(1999-2015)
License Plate # 3184 (LEM)
This was my family’s car. I grew up in this car, going to soccer practices and being driven around with my sisters.
This was the very first car I drove once I got my Driver’s Permit. I drove it to High School.
Sadly, this car met it’s demise in the parking lot of Kaliki’s Shaved Ice in Lake Stevens, WA.
2007 Toyota Corolla LE
(2016-2021)
License Plate# ANV8490
My family inherited this car from my Great Aunt, Rosemary Hawley.
1992 Dodge Colt
(2018-2018)
License # BJT7758
It was always a goal of mine to own a car with my namesake.
It was July 2018, and I saw a listing on Craigslist. I messaged the seller, and he thought it was a scam. However, when I insisted I was a serious buyer, he accepted. We drove it home
2006 Ford Escape XLT
(2021-Present)
License Plate # BZT7509
I bought this car from my grandmother’s coworker who worked at a Kohl’s in Snohomish. This was an amazing deal, and easily the best car purchase I’ve ever made.
This model of Ford Escape is notorious for having engine leaks. Admittedly, it’s had a constant leak between the engine and transmission. And within a few months of owning it, the alternator went out in a parking lot in Downtown Bellevue.
This car is the definition of practical. Comfy, spatious, 4WD SUV. And I absoutely love it.
2023 Toyota GR86
(2023-Present)
License Plate# CKH6787
My dad purchased this car in the fall of 2023.
I took 2 long road trips in this car. One from Reedsport, Oregon all the way back home to Lake Stevens, WA. The other was to Spokane, WA and back for a friend’s wedding.
This was the first car I drove properly fast in around a track. I barely beat my dad in the top MPH on the straightaway.
RV
2000s Regal Prowler
(1999-2021)
License Plate # 8110-XA
This was the trailer I grew up in at Gold Bar Nature Trails. My designated bed was actually the foldable/convertable couch every night.
